Terms of Service

These terms apply to quotes, orders and design services from Boreal Threadworks is a DBA of Northern Horizons Group LLC.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the garment, quantity, decoration and locations you provide and on supplier availability at the time of quoting. Garment pricing and stock can change; we'll confirm before ordering if anything changes.

Proofs

Every order gets a digital proof. Production starts only after you approve the proof in writing. Please check spelling, colors, sizes and placement carefully — approved proofs are final.

Payment

Orders of $500 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin, with the balance due before shipping. Orders under $500 are paid in full up front. Design packages under $500 are paid in full to start; larger packages require a 50% deposit. Questions about deposits or invoices: billing@borealthreadworks.com.

Artwork and logos

You confirm you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, names or trademarks you send us. We do not reproduce school, collegiate or other licensed marks without written authorization, and we may decline any artwork. Design package files are yours to use once paid in full.

Production and color

Screen-printed and embroidered colors can vary slightly from screen colors and between garment lots. Industry-standard minor variances in placement and a small number of misprints or overs/unders may occur; we'll make defects right with a reprint, replacement or credit.

Changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations after proof approval may not be possible once garments are ordered or production has begun; any costs already incurred are non-refundable.

Shipping

Ship dates are estimates. We aren't responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help track down any issue. Please inspect your order and report problems to support@borealthreadworks.com within 7 days of delivery.
